FAQs for the successfully funded and closed Rocket Dollar Republic Campaign:

• Where should I go for information about the Rocket Dollar Republic Campaign?

  1. Post all questions about the deal offering to the Republic Website Rocket Dollar Campaign Page at https://republic.co/rocket-dollar. Our sales team, unfortunately, cannot answer anything about investing in Rocket Dollar as a company, but our CFO and executive team can answer right away on the Republic page!
  2. For information on opening a Rocket Dollar account to invest in Rocket Dollar, or utilizing your account perks, you can email republic@rocketdollar.com or call our main sales line at 1-855-762-5383.
  3. If you are a new customer of Rocket Dollar, you should email our support team for progress and updates on your account opening or maintenance. You can log in here to view those contact options in your account dashboard top right corner.

• Invest in the Rocket Dollar Republic Campaign with non-retirement funds:

  1. Visit campaign page (republic.co/rocket-dollar).
  2. Click "Invest" to sign up for Republic and complete the investment flow.
  3. Fulfill your investment using your personal bank or credit card.

• Investing from a new Rocket Dollar Account:

  1. Visit the campaign page at republic.co/rocket-dollar.
  2. Click "Invest" to sign up for the Republic and Complete the investment flow.
  3. When you are completing your investment, click "wire payment" as the payment method. This will allow you to hold the investment temporarily, without committing funds, until your Rocket Dollar bank account is ready in 2-4 weeks. Rocket Dollar will make sure there is a grace period for accounts after closing the deal. Currently, a limitation for the Republic website visually limits wires to be $1000 or greater, so you can wire your desired amount and confirm with the Republic team.
  4. Sign up for Rocket Dollar using the code given from your Republic perk reward message. Your first month will be free with the code, your credit card, and a normal signup fee will be collected. Your account will be rebated with a receipt according to the perk once your investment from our account is officially committed, and appear in your bank account 5-10 days.
  5. Select a Self-Directed IRA or Solo 401(k) -- click here for help on selecting the right account for you. You can refer to the full step-by-step guides for the Self-Directed IRA or the Self-Directed Solo 401(k) while you work with our support team on your account.
  6. Log into your Republic account to edit your investor settings and add an entity. Your investment should be titled for your new Rocket Dollar IRA LLC or Solo 401(k) Plan.
  7. Complete your investment. If you are using a wire, fulfill it with the wire information on republic.co/rocket-dollar. A wire fee is $25 for our Core customers at our partner bank... Or you can switch back to the bank account info at our partner bank for an ACH transfer. If you switch back to an ACH, your investment commitment will be expected immediately.

• Invest using your existing Rocket Dollar Account:

  1. Visit the campaign page. Keep in mind accounts need 2-4 weeks to get open and funded! (republic.co/rocket-dollar)
  2. Click "Invest" to sign up for the Republic and Complete the investment flow.
  3. If your account is funded and ready to go, simply link and fund with your Solera Bank Account. (ABA # 107007281) If your account needs additional funds, you can select "Wire" and then fulfill the investment later from a new contribution or rollover. Currently, a limitation for the Republic website limits wires to be $1000 or greater, so you can use a Solera ACH immediately or adjust your level later.
  4. Update your Investment tracker on the Rocket Dollar Dashboard.

• How do I redeem my account rebate from the Republic Perks section?

  1. Use the code REPUBLIC to sign up for a Rocket dollar account of your choice.
  2. You will receive $30 off at checkout, which will cover the first month of your account for Core or Gold. You will also pay the sign-up fee of $360 or $600, which will be rebated on the condition and closing of your Rocket Dollar Republic SAFE investment according to the perks on Republic.co.
  3. You will pay future monthly fees of $15 (Core) or $30 (Gold) but your sign up fee rebate will be processed within 60 days after the closing of the Rocket Dollar SAFE deal.
  4. Please use only the referral code “REPUBLIC” in order to keep your account signified for rebate. Buying a different account or using a different referral code will still be the same discount for a waived signup fee.

• Do I need to be an accredited investor?

  No, Republic is available for both accredited and non-accredited investors.

• What is the minimum investment amount?

  Investment minimums will vary by the deal, but you can expect the minimum amount to be $100 for certain deals.
