Multiple Accounts and Household Pricing Update
Rocket Dollar is now offering updated Multiple Account Pricing. This pricing model has been highly requested by our customers, spouses, and families who invest with multiple Rocket Dollar Retirement Accounts.
Individual clients who buy multiple accounts, such as Traditional and Roth IRA, are eligible to receive a discount on an ongoing basis and can fill out the form below. Accounts that are considered to be part of a household, such as spouses, children, parents, grandparents, or grandchildren, are also considered eligible for pricing discounts.
- First, sign up for an account. If you already have an account, you can sign up for a second one right from your dashboard home section after logging in. Family accounts must be signed up fresh using their own phone number at this time.
- Then, email our sales team for a discount code.
- If your account will be joined in a household for billing, or you forgot to use our code that helps tag your account, please fill out the form below, and allow us two billing cycles to adjust your subscription.
Monthly Subscription Price Update Request
If you have previously purchased multiple accounts, complete this form so we may update your monthly subscription price accordingly. Please know that our up-front onboarding fees are final at the time of purchase, as well as any historical subscription payments.

What if I'm a long time customer that has had multiple accounts or a household at Rocket Dollar?
Multi-Account Pricing is a new release at Rocket Dollar. We would be happy to adjust your account fees on future subscription prices or talk to you about further needs to serve your retirement or family.
The form above must be completed to adjust your fees.
Opening fees or the previous month's subscription fees will not be adjusted, only forward-looking monthly fees will receive discounts.
As this program launches during tax time in 2023. Please allow Rocket Dollar two billing cycles to adjust your billing.

What are the fees for multiple accounts?
Please review the graphics above or our updated pricing page to learn more about multiple account fees. In short, new accounts will receive $5 off their subscription and money from their signup fee.

Why would I need more than one account?
Traditional and Roth IRAs have different tax advantages, and the funds in these accounts must remain separate.
IRAs are individual retirement accounts and cannot be combined with any of your spouses' accounts, even if they are the same tax status. There is no IRS-sanctioned "Spousal IRA" in existence.
You can open an IRA account for your children as long as they have earned income. You can also help contribute to an IRA for your spouse as long as you are married and filing jointly.
Many self-employed individuals who qualify for a Solo 401k may also have a Roth IRA that cannot be rolled into the Solo 401k.

How can I sign up for an additional account?
Once you have purchased your first account, you can sign up for the second account directly from your dashboard.
Please note that you can only add a second for yourself directly from the dashboard. If you need to set up an additional account for a child or spouse, they must start from scratch with that family member's phone number. Our team is looking at ways to make this process easier.
Then contact our team through this form if you need to make adjustments to add a member to the household.

Will my monthly subscription change if I close out one of my accounts?The newest Rocket Dollar accounts receive the heaviest discounts under our new multi-account pricing model unless personally requested. So your fees on old accounts should not change. Be aware that if family members close accounts, one less account in the household can mean the still open accounts could increase by $5 a month.

Will I be able to see the multiple accounts under one login?
You can see all personal accounts (your own) under one multi-account login. The Rocket Dollar team brought this feature in 2022 at the request of our customers.
Family login is a feature that households have heavily requested. At this time, Rocket Dollar does not have a family login tool but has taken feedback when considering future updates to the Rocket Dollar Dashboard. Customers will need to provide permissions updates at that time. The form above is only consenting to billing changes.

What if someone in my household has trouble paying?
At this time, all account fees are the responsibility of the account holder. The same credit card can be entered into every family member's account online in the billing section of the dashboard or added by calling our team. We will contact the head of household filling out this form if we have a family member of your household has continued billing issues. If issues continue over three months without resolution, Rocket Dollar reserves the right to revoke all future subscription discounts for the household.
Rocket Dollar is looking long-term at tools and permissions to make it easier for a head of the household to manage their own and family accounts safely, securely, and with proper privacy permissions for all members.
