We are currently living through some of the toughest times many of us have experienced. We have a responsibility to be conscious of those around us, heed the warnings of professionals, and separate ourselves from colleagues and friends for a while. The more seriously we take the spread of Covid-19, the faster we will all be able to resume our daily lives.
Covid-19 and Your Portfolio
Retirement investing is, by design, a very long term investment strategy. We've seen the turbulence in the markets caused by the Coronavirus. It is important to remember that after every recession, is an opportunity for growth. We must do our best to maintain that long term view, and know that we will recover, and our portfolios will bounce back.
If you should decide that this is the time to re-consider the investments in your portfolio or shift allocations to more alternative assets, Rocket Dollar has continuity plans in place to ensure the continuation of account openings, fundings, and ongoing service.
What we're doing at Rocket Dollar
Since our inception, we've embraced the power of technology to enable us to do more, regardless of physical location. While our office remains open for those who would like to continue working from their desks, all Rocket Dollar employees have the full ability to work from home during this time.
We mandate all company systems to be encrypted at rest, secured with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available, and restrict employee access to client data on a need to know basis. These policies, in conjunction with technical safeguards, work to help us keep client data secure while also providing business continuity so that we can continue to offer our clients the same level of support they have come to expect from Rocket Dollar.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will resume work-related travel when we feel it is appropriate to do so. Until then, our team will be available by phone at 855-762-5383 or by email at email@example.com.
Like everyone, we are looking forward to the return to normalcy, and until then, our entire team will be following the recommendations of officials to make sure we stay safe.
Our team wishes you and your family a safe couple of months.
