If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your experience, you may request a refund by sending an email to Rocket Dollar Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days of payment. Rocket Dollar will refund 100% of the account setup fee within 30 days.
We will ask that you complete a short survey about your experience to be eligible for a refund. Rocket Dollar will process the refund as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after you make the refund request and complete the survey.
If you cancel after 30 days, Rocket Dollar will stop the recurring charge for compliance starting with the next calendar month.
If you have funded your account and wish to transfer the funds to another financial institution or take a distribution, please contact Rocket Dollar Support at email@example.com.
Rocket Dollar reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time and for any reason.
